Mills to get fired?

Posted by Stewart Turner

Heather Mills (c) PAHeather Mills is reportedly in talks to appear in the US version of The Apprentice. The nation’s favourite pantomime villain is mulling over the option of appearing in a celeb version of the show later in the year.

The US version is of course fronted by ludicrously-haired billionaire Donald Trump, and this isn’t the first time he and Mills have linked up – you’ll remember that Heather was a judge on Donald’s Miss USA beauty pageant last month, and according to sources she also spent a night flirting outrageously with Don over dinner at a swanky restaurant. Hmm… Heather Mills-Trump… it has a certain ring to it, don’t you think?

It’s a pity Heather’s not lined up for the UK version of the show opposite Sir Alan Sugar. Back in March, old walnut head called Heather the "great granddaughter of Long John Silver" and admitted she is the celeb he’d most like to fire in the boardroom.

That said, with Heather’s considerable money-making skills, we reckon she’d be a welcome asset on the payroll of any big corporation
