- Martin O'Neill is set to tie up USA No.2 goalkeeper Brad Guzan, 24, from MLS side Chivas after work permit problems were ironed out (The Sun).
- Wigan are the latest club linked with Everton striker Andy Johnson (The Sun).
- QPR have made an audacious bid for 32-year-old Real Madrid defender Michel Salgado (Daily Star).
- Premier League newcomers Stoke are ready to splash £4m on Reading striker Dave Kitson (Daily Star).
- Sunderland are targeting 6ft 5in Steaua Bucharest defender Dorin Golan for £2.5m (Daily Mirror).

I've just read through all these posts and I've noticed there are a lot of Manchester United fans on here, going on about how good they are, a lot of some p***k called Bobby Big Balls who sounds like a right tw@t. Not much out of the Chelsea and Liverpool fans though. Where's all the goss about Hull?? :P Seriously though why has this thing been turned into an annoying poll rarther than a poll of transfer rumours, what it was made for?!?!

i think berbatov would be a good addition to man utd,he,s a proven goalscorer in the premiership and in the utd team which plays better football han spurs he would flourish under fergie,remember the untried foreign players at united before they didnt do so well as it takes time to get used to the game here,so fergie use saha as part of the deal

I agree with jamie I'd love to see Berbatov at Man Utd. He's one of the calmest players available in football these days. His first touch in sublime and I can imagine him being fed by Rooney. He also has the ability to put the ball in the back of the net. I think the United fans who don't want him need to look over his performances for spurs in the last 2 years and see what he will be able to bring to the squad and realise that he's a good player. Worth £20m but I wouldn't much higher than that. Maybe offer Saha as a make-weight.

hope Dimitar Berbatov signs for man utd. alot of people on the man utd forum dont rate him but they dont no much about football then do they !!!
im a true man utd fan but i dont wear my red sun glasses all the time !!! like some of them.
Berbatov is a super player and just what man utd need.
