Premier League...your view

Barry_blogGareth Barry produced a man-of-the-match performance to help Aston Villa rescue a point at Everton in Sunday's key clash at Goodison Park.

The midfielder has been in fine form this season but if reports are to be believed, Barry could be departing Villa Park this summer.

Liverpool and Arsenal have been linked with a move but Martin O'Neill will be desperate to keep his skipper after another dominant display in the centre of midfield.

Villa remain three points behind Everton in the race for a Uefa Cup spot but who do you think will finish in that all-important fifth place?

Elsewhere, Blackburn striker Roque Santa Cruz scored his 21st goal this season to sink Portsmouth at Fratton Park. But will Mark Hughes be able to keep hold of the Paraguayan this summer?

Saturday's action saw Chelsea beat Manchester United with the Premier League title race now wide open with two games to play. Plus, Fulham gave their survival hopes a massive boost with a victory at Manchester City but who do you think will join Derby in the Championship?

Will Gareth Barry remain at Villa Park this summer? Has Santa Cruz proved to be the best signing of the season? Can Chelsea pip United for the title? And which two teams will be relegated? Have your say in the boxes below.

Chelsea deserved to win, they played great in first half. United just weren't in it. But second half they were brillaint. Soft goal from Chelsea point of view. Can't see how people can say Utd always win on a lucky penalty. They play some absolutly fantastic football at times, but yesterday just wasn't their day. Hopefully, they will retain the title.

Man Utd dont like it when theyre on the recieving end of bad decisions do they !! Fergies face was a picture loked like he was sucking lemons!!

Yes I'm a chelsea fan but I think they played well yesterday and it will be a thrilling climax to the season ...

COME ON YOU BLUES !!

Love it, love it, love it lets hope Chelsea win now I would love to see Fergies face. It definately was a pen. ha ha dont like it when its dished out to you do ya Fergie?

Mmmm goalline technology,
penalty area cameras - its funny how people demand these, just because Man utd actually DIDN'T get 2 extremely soft penalty decisions their way,
and then saying the match officials were corrupt when every true football fan knows that match officials at old Trafford develop sudden loss of sight when a penalty for the opposition should be given - only to miraculously regain it when Ronaldo takes yet another theatrical dive in the opposition penalty area - just like it's been for the last 20 years+

By all means bring the cameras
it would give Fergie an even clearer view of Utd's diver's club and he could get Ronaldo to review his diving technique and teach the rest of the squad how to do it professionally - to ensure even more dodgy penalties for them.

You could also be sure cameras in the opposition penalty area would accidentally "lose power" for 45 mins just in case they should be needed to give any sort of decision to the visiting side!

I just love it - old Fergie shouts when the Arsenal dont get penaltys ha, now we are laughing at you Fergie - come on Chelsea you can do it now - lets hope united wobble - ha, ha, great day I've had.

United have it all to lose and win at the same time, i hope they keep their nerve.
never a penalty.
goal difference will decider i beleive in the end!!come on you devils

its a shame that people say that referees aren't biased and then a referee watched a player with no mission of getting the ball stop a player. well done alan wiley really good example of referees in this day and age

Weird thing, everyone wanted Chelsea to lose title to ManU last year. Now this year everyone wants Chelsea to win over ManU, wheres all your consistency. Besides titles still in ManU hands, two wins will seal united title win. Lucky penalty.

Time to introduce the use of technology in the goalmouth and penalty areas. Why?Because where there is trust, there is always corruption.Trust me !!!IT is totally unacceptable,in this day and age, that totally dedicated and hard working players must rely on referees and lines men,who may well have their own hidden agendas. It is no use saying,Oh!Never!!...Stuff and nonsense.Gauranteed, there is corruption going on.Football teams are now worth hundreds of millions of pounds.A linesman could easily pick up £100,000 for awarding a penalty that would result in a team losing a match.By the use of cameras and several officials making consesus desisions,of pitch, this problem can be eliminated, once and for all.Money and trust are 100 per cent incompatable.

it's great to see Utd get a taste of their own medicine - and thats it - their luck has finally run out.- utd need to learn that you can't win every game by a dodgy penalty/dodgy freekick goal/fergie-time winner. they'll finish the season trophyless even after "chequebook" fergie has wasted about 100 million on showboaters and divers who don't have the bottle when there is any pressure.
Congratulations to chelsea for making it a real title race and hopefully beating utd to the title without 30-35 dubious refereeing decisions in their favour - unlike the mancs.
next season = ferguson sacked and utd relegated.

never a penalty. lucky chelsea as usual. worried about rooney's injury though- didn't look tooo good to me

Have that you mancs. Great to see fergie moaning about the penalty. and what about sheva's clearance off the line. The title's ours for the taking - and europe too.
