Barcelona v Man Utd...Your view

Ronaldo_blogIt's crunch time for Manchester United who visit the Nou Camp for their Champions League semi-final first leg clash against Barcelona this evening.

United are chasing the Premier League and Champions League double with manager Sir Alex Ferguson hoping that his side can create a new chapter in the Red Devils' history book.

Barcelona have been struggling for form of late and have dropped out of the La Liga title hunt with Europe's elite competition their only hope of success this season.

It promises to be a cracking tie with two of the best players in the world on show - Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi - but which one will shine and help their side make the final in Moscow against either Liverpool or Chelsea?

Don't forget, you can check out our in-depth preview for tonight's game right here.

What are your predictions? Who will hold the advantage after this first leg? Can Ronaldo continue his rich run of form? Let us know by adding your comments in the boxes below.

Move on.

Respect to Frank's Mum.

barcelona is a very cool team so am a barca4real

Brian, you forgot the ludicrous excuse for a ginger beard that Rooney was sporting. Fool, Rooney that is not you Brian!

A further comment on the semi. The only thing the much vaunted Rooney did all night was turn up and I'm not sure he did United any favours by doing so.

As a spectacle the semi final with Man U was, at best, scrappy, but a question, How can a player being paid thousands every week be offered a free shot from 12 yards at a goal 8 feet by 8 yards with a goalkeeper prevented from moving and miss? Disgraceful.

I reckon Ronaldo will miss a penalty in the first two minutes then later be denied a perfectly good shout. The referee will be brow beaten by the home crowd Barca will fall over fresh air and the final score will be 0-0.

I think it will be a close game with both sides scoring a few i think the first half wil be pretty equal wit man u comin out on top inn the end maybe 2 1 or 3 2

United will be to strong in the middle of the park, start with anderson, scholes and hargreaves and we shall stiffle them!

I'm no Manchester United fan but I've not been this excited about a game for a long, long time. These are two amazingly attacking players that will hopefully go for broke in everything they do.
I enjoyed last night's game and was surprised that both sides were a bit more attacking than I'd expected. But I'd imagine Barca and MU will blow them away tonight.
After all that, it'll probably end up being a 0-0 draw!!!!!

this one's gonna be a belter. 3-2 Man Utd with Ronaldo bagging the winner.

3-1 man utd ronny was quiet v blackburn he will let it go tonight!!! as for messi watch him playing lots of times he is not all what the press makes out he will be kept quiet as for js comment at least we can get our manager to smile lmfao at you!!!

Man U in strong run of form, and man for man far stronger than Barca. Ronaldo has two strong feet, Meesi totally one footed.
2-0 United

Man Utd will get the fright of their lives. All these stories of unrest at Barcelona will be nothing once the whistke goes.

I reckon Barca will wipe the floor with a 3-0 blitzing. That should wipe the smile off Ferguson's face.

Henry hasn't trained this week and Barca have a few other injury niggles so with a bit of luck 2-0 ManU COME ON YOU REDS!!!

Man Utd are too good at the moment so I'd back 'em to win at the Camp Nou tonight. 2-1 with Henry scoring for Barca and Rooney and Ronaldo getting some joy for Man Utd.
