Henk ten Cate has admitted a pre-Carling Cup final bust-up with Chelsea captain John Terry. The story was initially denied, but these things have a habit of leaking into the public domain.

punch up in a pre season friendly at raith rovers.

levein broke hoggs nose before hogg was punted, levein made captain and evebtually became hearts manager.
Both players got hefty bans and multiple game bans by the sfa
