Who's next for Scotland?...Your view
There is a huge list of potential candidates lining up to replace Alex McLeish as the new boss of Scotland.
The Tartan Army just missed on sealing a spot at the Euro 2008 finals but have now set their sights on a place in the 2010 World Cup.
A host of successors are in contention to lead them but who is the right man for the job?
Billy Davies (left) is the favourite for the Hampden Park hotseat but there are plenty of others in the running.

george burley is undoubtably the man for the job. You just have to look at his success rate at hearts to know that he is a top manager

McLean Worth a Shout?
Wee Tam Mclean saw it all as
a player and maneouvred an
average Motherwell side to the
verge of the title,regularly
embarrassing the Old Firm
with shrewd tactical formations. Luca Toni wouldnt
get another gift under McLean.

i think its a disgraceful sellout by mcleish off to the big bucks of the premiership when the job is half done, after al walter and mccoist did the groundwork for his glory,i think the job should be offered toeither strachen or dalglish with hansen, but it will probably goto some foreignmercenary like the england job,the only man for that one is harry redknapp-end of good luck to my team liverpool tonight prediction 3-0-come on you reds !!

I think Billy Davies is the perfect man to do the job. Get a bit of Scottish passion for the job

Kenny Dalglish.
Proven player, proven manager. Knows the scottish game, especially the Old Firm, and that is where the core of the players are now plying their trade. And he would fit in with the part time approach, we have lost Walter Smith and Alex McLeish because they missed the day to day club vibe.

I think we need to look at a foreign manager rather than all these Scottish guys. Somebody like Gerard Houllier would be ideal.
