Zero weight-loss!

Unfortunately, I didn't make it to Weight Watchers last week. I was struck down with a migraine at lunchtime and spent the rest of the day lying in bed feeling very sorry for myself.
I didn’t really feel like eating and only managed half a bowl of cereal and one mouthful of chicken soup all day. From a weight-loss point of view, this was good news – or at least so I thought.
I weighed myself the next morning to see if it had made any difference, only to discover I hadn’t even lost an ounce. I was still at my post-Champneys weight of 10 stone 4 lbs. It's not fair.
It also means I need to wait another week before starting the WW programme unless I find another group – but that’s no excuse to stop watching my weight until then!

It's Great because now a days most of the people are suffering with Weight loss Problems. This is a good news for all of them. You can also find the more tips of how to loss weight quickly weight loss

I have been dieting since September 06 with Slimming World, great diet and by Easter this year I had lost two and a half stone. Then I had a weeks holiday and the spookiest things kept happening to me. We toured Norfolk and each time I passed a Thorntons shop this enormous hand came out, grabbed my and pulled me in. I was of course then forced to purchase and quickly consume copious amounts of Thorntons Continental chocolates. Has a similar experience when walking past a chippy in Cromer. Result of all this was an 8.1/2lb weight gain and now I cant get motivated again. Diets are bad news, they can never end!!
