Katie and Alex: papped or posing?

Ah, that’s nice. Reclusive businesswoman Katie Price and her new man Alex Reid took the three kids, a couple of friends and a reality TV film crew on a trip to Stanmer Park in Brighton yesterday.

Having emerged from their inconspicuous pink trailer, Katie and Alex were doubtless shocked to see that the paparazzi had managed to track them down, too.

 

Still, they had plenty of fun in the sunshine - flexing their muscles…

 

…playing with the children…

 

and… er… canoodling on the grass…

Needless to say, the pics have caused mild uproar in the tabloids - with The Sun branding Katie “brazen” and the Daily Mail insisting that the snaps of Alex playing with little Junior are likely to break Peter Andre’s heart.

But then again, everyone does seem to be having a good time - so maybe we shouldn’t criticise. After all, those children have spent so much time in front of the TV cameras, they’d probably think it was really weird if they ever went out without a film crew.

Any thoughts?

Why's Peter touching Jordan's tummy?

Hang on! Drop everything! Hold the front page! Clear 96 pages in OK! magazine!

As you can see, Jordan and Peter Andre have been spotted adopting the traditional paparazzi-pleasing "We're expecting a baby and we're hoping to sell the story to the highest bidder" pose in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon.

You know the one? Man puts his hand flat on his partner's tummy while staring at her with a mixture of love and concern. Well, the couple stood like this for quite some time while the paps got their shots. Hmmm...

But then the naughty pair soon blew our pregnancy theory well and truly out of the water. Peter promptly adopted the "My wife's got a great bum and I'm allowed to have a good old grope" pose...

 

And then they both rented some rollerskates - and Pete struck his very best "I'm not really that good at skating" pose...

 

Jordan and Peter may not yet have reached Hollywood superstardom - but they certainly know how to keep the paparazzi entertained...

Poor Jordan. When everyone’s favourite glamour girl emerged from a Santa Monica salon and proceeded to go shopping in various swanky department stores, the last thing she wanted was to be followed everywhere by the paparazzi…

Honestly! You can’t even stroll round Beverly Hills with your hair in massive curlers without someone shoving a camera in your face nowadays…

Bex and Luke move in!

Happy news, folks! Big Brother 9 lovebirds Luke Marsden and Rebecca Shiner have decided to bite the bullet and move in together.

Obviously, they didn’t want any fuss or fanfare as they shifted their belongings into their new London flat - so they must have been absolutely horrified when the paparazzi turned up and took a series of action snaps.

Here they are, struggling under the weight of that all-important big box of cuddly toys (a must in every home)…

And here are the happy couple coping with some flat-packed furniture and a suitcase at the same time…

Mind you, it looks like Bex was coping a lot better than Luke here.

They're still out there, folks.

While many of this year's Big Brother housemates are still desperately trying to carve out a career in the spotlight, love's young dream Rebecca Shiner and Luke Marsden took a day off yesterday to hang out in London's Battersea Park with their new puppy, Vegas.

The deadly serious paparazzo who took this picture tells us: "The couple are clearly very much in love and seem to have taken things to the next level, as they both share custody of little Vegas." Ah, it's all too beautiful...

But - hang on! - were Bex and Luke really caught out by a snapper who just happened to be wandering through the park, or was the whole thing a publicity-seeking set-up so that gullible fools like me would publish their photograph?

Here's Lily Allen playing with her new dog in London's Primrose Hill yesterday afternoon.

Our Lil' recently adopted the four-year-old mongrel from Battersea Dogs Home, having been given the thumbs-up as a suitable owner by an inspector. However, it turns out the 60-something animal welfare worker had no idea who Lily was. Imagine! Apparently, he's more into Kate Nash...

Here's Manchester United pin-up Cristiano Ronaldo relaxing on the beach in Sardinia with his model girlfriend Nereida Gallardo.

Today's papers are full of pics of the pair soaking up the rays and putting on a public display of affection - as the Portuguese footie star refuses to confirm whether he'll return to Manchester next season, or decamp to Real Madrid instead.

Tsk - who cares? Frankly, I think he had a bit of a nerve showing his face in this country again after the last World Cup. (Sorry, but I've got a long and bitter memory when it comes to football. I still get very angry when I think how Diego Maradona's "hand of God" ruined my childhood.)

Anyway, I digress... Don't you think these pics of Ronaldo are so posed? Surely he's just rubbing it in while he decides which multi-million-pound contract to take... Or am I being unfair?

Forget Wayne Rooney and Coleen McLoughlin. They’re so last week.

For the next few days, the paparazzi look set to be hot on the heels of Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard and his fragrant wife Alex Curran, who are currently sunning it up in Miami.

Here's Paris Hilton killing time before Saturday's MTV Japan Video Music Awards by indulging in a little light retail therapy in Tokyo.

But was the hotel heiress too engrossed in her shopping to notice she was surrounded by paparazzi? Well, what do you think?

Later, Paris went solo on the red carpet at the swanky awards bash...

...before jetting back to Los Angeles to join boyfriend Benji Madden at last night's MTV Movie Awards...

Incidentally, it was immediately following the same event last year that Paris drove straight to prison to begin her infamous stint behind bars.

And what a difference a year makes, eh? Twelve months ago, Ms Hilton was just another pointless "celebutante" who spent her time flitting between upmarket fashion stores and glittering red carpet events. And now, of course... erm... could someone help me out here, please?

Kelly and Billy reunited!

Following yesterday's news that Kelly Brook and Billy Zane appear to have rekindled their romance, the couple spent the day in London with the paparazzi in hot pursuit.

They strolled round Notting Hill, ate lunch at a pavement café and sipped drinks on a roof terrace - all in full view of the snappers. It was almost as if they wanted to be photographed.

Cynics have noted Kelly still wasn't wearing her engagement ring - but it definitely looks like their relationship is back on. But if Kelly had her doubts before, is she right to take Billy back so soon? Tell us what you think.

John was pretty cagey when asked about their relationship last week - so the couple will doubtless be horrified when they find out these pics have made their way into the public domain... er... won't they?

Well, as you can see from our oh-so-delightful photograph, the I'm A Celebrity... and The Apprentice "star" is currently sunning herself in the Caribbean with her boyfriend Mark Cross.

And, gosh, what's this? Hold the front page! Mark appears to be patting Katie's tummy in a loving way. As the official picture agency caption states, could "another little apprentice" be on the way? How desperately exciting! No?

Hmmm... I wonder if Paris Hilton knew the cameras were there when she popped to Los Angeles boutique Kitson for a spot of retail therapy yesterday.

Actually, it turns out everyone's favourite hotel heiress was there to promote an online charity auction, offering fans the opportunity to accompany her on a shopping trip.

Personally I can't think of a worse way to spend an afternoon - but each to their own, eh?

Jordan and Peter do LA

Here are Jordan and Peter Andre giving one another an impromptu peck during a lunch in Hollywood yesterday afternoon. See? They only have eyes for one another - even when the paparazzi are lurking in the bushes.

Of course, some cynical types might suggest the pair were only posing for the cameras - but if they knew they were being photographed, why the hell would Jordan do this?

Anyway, there's been non-stop excitement for the couple ever since they touched down in Los Angeles on Friday - although not everyone in Tinseltown can quite work out what all the fuss is about. "I really don't understand this family or why they're famous," writes one high-profile celebrity blogger. "Maybe it's a British thing?"

Remember how the owner of swanky Beverly Hills boutique Kitson had threatened to stop selling Victoria Beckham's dVB jeans because the former Spice Girl hadn't done enough to promote them?

Well, guess who bowled up to Kitson yesterday afternoon? Yep - got it in one! In fact, it looks like Posh was so eager to hit the shops, she even forgot to put a bra on first.

And now for the first in yet another occasional series - in which we invite you to muster up all your celebrity knowledge and common sense to pass judgement on whether a paparazzi "victim" has been caught unawares or secretly knows they're being photographed.

First up, here's Pamela Anderson relaxing at her Malibu beach house yesterday afternoon. Pammy - who, entirely coincidentally, is about to start filming a new reality show - was relaxing on a sun-bed, while engrossed in a book.

The tome in question? It's the catchily titled Unmarketable: Brandalism, Copyfighting, Mocketing and the Erosion of Integrity.

So was Pammy so caught up in her book that she didn't notice the sneaky snapper? Or is she simply posing for the cameras? Tell us what you think.
