Posh gives the Pob a new twist

There was much excitement in Los Angeles on Saturday night when Victoria Beckham stepped out with a new hairdo. Yep, the whole of Tinseltown was talking about it. Possibly.

As you can see, Mrs B swapped her usual super-sleek style for a tousled bob - which from now on will be known as the T-Pob.

The occasion? A family trip to watch a basketball match between the LA Lakers and Dallas Mavericks…

Notice how David Beckham is still sporting that horrible beard. Let’s not dwell on it, though. I think he’s just doing it to annoy us all now - so if we ignore it, it might go away.

Meanwhile, in other Beckham-related news, rumours suggest that Posh will be joining the rest of the Spice Girls to perform at the opening ceremony for the 2012 Olympics in London.

“They stand for so much in British music history - and I can’t think of a better time for them to get together for another performance,” says the group’s manager Simon Fuller, with pound-signs flashing daintily in his eyes.

Think the new hairdo is great, best she's looked in a long time. The beard alas makes David look 10 years older, grubby and outdated.

Why do nice looking men have to cover their faces with hair, shave it off David and let us have your clean shaven good looks back on the forefront.

Sad that they are given so much publicity so regularly,by the press, and yet so little is given to truely newsworthy items. How sick is it when people worship celebrities. How empty and tacky can a country sink to. I think she looks her best in a long long time. And even tho some aren't sure about David's beard, he looked great when I met him exiting the lift we were entering from the Business Lounge with BA from LAX on Oct 5th, and quite coy when we landed the next morning and he was waiting on his bags with his mum and dad at the luggage carousel beside us at Heathrow T5.The beard might have thrown us a bit but he did look healthy and happy.

Why the press report on anything the Beckham's do I'll never fathom out as they are the most uninteresting couple on this planet. Who in their right mind gives a hoot what Victoria Beckham does with her hair. The public lost any interest in the Beckham's, if there ever was any in the first place, when they deserted Britain to live in the States.
