Lock up your granddads!
There was much excitement at last night’s Music Industry Trusts Awards in London - not least because Russell Brand and Jonathan Ross were publicly reunited for the first time since the Sachsgate debacle.
Jonathan showed up with his always-easy-to-spot wife Jane Goldman…
…and was later presented with an award by yet another tabloid-tastic superstar, George Michael…
Why the gong? Apparently, Jonathan is “the UK’s most important broadcasting star-maker” - which is one in the eye for Simon Cowell, don’t you think?
Also in attendance? Former Oasis grumpy-chops Noel Gallagher and his partner Sara MacDonald…
As you may recall, Noel was very vocal in his support for Russell and Jonathan during Sachsgate. Still, everyone’s grown up and moved on a lot in the past year. Er… haven’t they?
Indeed, Russell - who’s currently dating Katy Perry - is even thinking about settling down and having kids.
“I’m ready for children actually,” he told the Sunday Times at the weekend. “It’s been seven years since I took drugs. I’ve made a film. I don’t have to fight so much. I’ve grown weary of the carousel.” Oooh - get him!
