Pete 4 Alexandra? Apparently so!

Somewhere in Tabloid Central, there’s a box containing the names of all eligible celebrity females. And once a week, it’s someone’s job to draw out a name at random then romantically link them to Peter Andre.

The latest? Pete is no longer rumoured to have the hots for Chantelle Houghton, Alesha Dixon or Stacey Solomon: he’s now hooking up with X Factor winner Alexandra Burke. Who says so? The Sun says so. So it must be true, mustn’t it?

The couple first met when Pete interviewed Alex during his stint as guest host on The Paul O’Grady Show last week.

Apparently, they’ve since exchanged a series of flirty text messages - and Pete’s spent the entire week researching recipes so he can impress Alex with a home-cooked dinner at a “secret location” this weekend.

“He has even tapped up some friends for a Jamaican recipe to get her sizzling,” says an “insider” who appears to employ exactly the same turn of phrase as a Sun editorial.

So is Pete really set to date Alex? Or will he be linked to someone else next week - and if so, who? Tell us what you think.

No way Jose. I feel sorry for Peter Andre and all that, but please he and Alexandra are not a good match...For one thing he is a lot older than her.

I think these people should get a life, and leave him alone, he's gone through a lot this year, and he deserves a break, as for him seeing Alexandra, what if he is?, it's his and her business and no-one elses, as for geordie's comments, about Peter Andre being a loser, I don't think so, he's got fame, his own money, looks, is it jealousy?, well good luck to him, (if it's true), he deserves some happiness, after what Jordan put him through, and Alexandra is beautiful and talented, you go girl.

Good luck to him I say! Money - nah hes got plenty of his own now. Give him a break - he deserves a medal for putting up with Jordan for as long as he did. As for how he makes his money - good luck to him again and does it really matter how he makes his money??
