Oh happy day! Look who bowled up to last night’s premiere of A Christmas Carol in London.
Yep, Ireland’s foremost popular entertainers, John & Edward, took time off from rehearsing their latest show-stealing song-and-dance routine to try out a myriad of poses for the paparazzi in Leicester Square.
Incidentally, all the other X Factor contestants were there, too - but frankly, who cares about them when Jedward are around? Mind you, Stacey Solomon looked quite nice…
…although I’m not overly keen on that Pat Butcher-esque dress - are you?
Meanwhile, fellow Essex girl Chantelle Houghton showed up looking very glam, with a fancy up-do and off-the-shoulder gown…
It’s clearly all part of Chantelle’s ongoing quest to smarten up her image - and it seems to be working.
The Celebrity Big Brother winner is particularly keen to be rid of her trout pout: “I can’t wait for it to go out of my system,” she told OK! magazine. “My lips are going down.” Rejoice! Rejoice!
Anyway, back to last night… Former Strictly Come Dancing partners Joe Calzaghe and Kristina Rihanoff arrived hot-foot from their recent romantic break in Rome…
But I can’t linger over them for too long because I’m too confused by this picture…
Yep, it’s erstwhile glamour model Nicola McLean and Saint Peter Andre in front of a bunch of carol singers.
Are they in the midst of a misguided dance routine? Are they simply greeting one another? Or am I just having one of my hallucinations again? After all, I have been working very hard recently…

Why don't they let a member of the public on the panel when they are performing, because they would have no personel contact with the artists just what they see and hear on the night, a different one every show.

without the backup and dancers they would fall flat,
