Oooh - Christmas seems to start earlier every year, doesn't it?

Want proof? Britney Spears ended an energetic performance of 'Do Something' at her Tuesday night show in Washington DC by - somewhat bizarrely - bellowing a heartfelt "Merry Christmas!" to the audience.
