Yes, I know she can afford to sample every state-of-the-art beauty treatment on the market - but even so, Madonna looked eye-poppingly fresh-faced at the Vanity Fair post-Oscars shindig. Can you believe she's 50?
Apparently, Madge bumped into her ex-husband Sean Penn at the party, and - as you'd expect - congratulated him on winning the Best Actor gong for Milk.
However, naughty Sean merely nodded towards Madonna's new squeeze, 22-year-old model Jesus Luz, and said: "Thanks. Another kid, already?"

Ha ha - thats fitting - madonna and jesus lol , she does look blooming good in that pic though - just show what divorce and a toy boy does for a 50 yr old lol

Not a massive Madonna fan of this current re-invention but she looks amazing in that picture.
