OK folks, I know we've all had a very busy week - but I hope you've still found time to "nourish your inner aspect".
Not sure what I'm talking about? You obviously haven't logged on to Gwyneth Paltrow's lifestyle website - Goop.com - in which she shares her advice on how to live a happy and fulfilling life by learning to relax, taking a family trip to Paris, cooking roasted poussins and steamed artichokes, that kind of thing...
The website's all very nice and well-meaning - but it's also incredibly easy to take the p*** out of it, which is partly why it's come under a barrage of criticism over recent months.
Earlier this week, the New York Times published an article questioning Goop's relevance to ordinary people, noting that: "Many people find the enterprise fatuous and a bit puzzling." Ouch!
But now Gwyneth is fighting back. "I think the people who are criticising it, or criticising the idea of it, don't really get it," she tells People magazine. "Because if they did, they would like it."
But why set up the site in the first place? "I felt like I had a lot of really useful information that I was privileged enough to get, because I have this amazing, super, fortunate life," she gushes.
"My friends call me all the time to say, 'Where should I go?' or 'What should I do?' And I thought, you know, maybe some other people would be interested in it as well, so I started it, and it's doing great."
So are you interested in getting Gwyneth's tips on how to live your life? Or perhaps you'd prefer another celebrity to be your lifestyle guru? Tell us here.
