Gwyneth wears it well

Hmmm… Gwyneth Paltrow has made a couple of interesting wardrobe choices this week.

Last night, she sported a pair of high-waisted leather shorts, a little gold top, blazer, thick black tights and grey lace-up ankle boots to a screening of her new movie Two Lovers in New York.

I’m not sure it’s a look that would work for everyone - but I reckon Gwyn just about gets away with it.

And on Tuesday night, the actress looked stunning in a Calvin Klein cocktail dress, Balmain jacket and £4,500 (gulp!) Roger Vivier feathered shoes at a cancer charity event in Los Angeles.

Mind you, I say she looked stunning - but those lovely people at the Daily Mail have decided she was “showing off her disappearing décolletage”. Sigh!

the first cos she looks young and edgy...the second is i guess classic but come on Gwynn...after your recent outings that have frankly been sexy and cool, PLEASE dont go back to the long hair and safe choices of yesteryear

I wasn't too sure about the first look, but it grew on me and does make her look young, especially compared to the second outfit, which to me looks like something a grandma would wear, with a slightly lower neckline.
