Eva and Megan are a big hit with men

Ridiculously gorgeous Hollywood actresses Eva Mendes and Megan Fox have come first and second respectively in a poll to find the world's 99 most desirable women.

"Of all the qualities I find attractive in a man, paying me such a compliment tops my list," gushed a clearly-chuffed-to-bits Eva, on hearing the news.

More than 10 million votes were cast in the online survey by AskMen.com to rank celebrity women with the best qualities for the ideal wife or girlfriend.

Notable Brits in the Top 10 included Page 3 girl/philanthropist Keeley Hazell who came in at No.4, and actress/Friend of Posh (FoP) Kate Beckinsale, who just squeezed in at No.10.

However, last year's winner Katherine Heigl slipped all the way down the list to No.81. Blimey - I wonder where it all went wrong.

And Ms Hot Lips herself, Angelina Jolie, could only manage to come 42nd, while Jennifer Aniston didn't feature on the list at all.

So is Eva really the most desirable woman in the world - or has someone else been sorely overlooked? Tell us what you think.

both of them arent as nice as female actors years ago in the 50's 60's and 70's. I remember watching the film 'graduate' and the girl in that who played elain was just as nice as theese two ladies i mean she was just naturally stunning and only with little make up. And dustin hoffman who was the main role in graduate said he was speechless when he saw her 'he couldnt even make eye contact' Eva is a good looking woman but megan looks very plastic and un natural. Her hair is also overly bleached and she wears too much make up sorry. Another stunning woman named barbera harris from the original 'freaky friday' was also nicer than theese two.
