Russell charms America
Posted by Jane Murphy

Russell Brand may still be in the doghouse in the UK - but he's certainly turning on the charm for the Americans.
The tousle-haired granddad-botherer took time to chat to fans outside the theatre before his appearance on David Letterman's US chat show last night - and then won over the studio audience during his on-air chat.
Here's Russell talking about his sexuality - and revealing his man-crush on recent co-star Adam Sandler:
So have you forgiven him for Sachsgate yet? Or should he stay in the US and never come home? Tell us what you think.

he is not the least bit funny when it comes to (bragging)about having sex with a girl of a famous actor especially a elderly actor who was never offensive at all as for russell brand if the yanks like him so much let him stay there ¬ come back to britain to me he is foul mouthed & unfunny as for the way he dresses he is as the yanks say a hobo

I don't like the man, but I don't like the media frenzy that this attracted. Any joke risks offending somebody but rather this than being so wrapped up in cotton wool that the world is a dull place.

Ey! mmm? nice....wohhhh. Course e's british as a sausage and mash delicate mouthful an' that's what it's all about eh? eh? Now what i want to know is, where can i get meself a wig that transpires is really a Frech poode what's been caught in a plug socket incident? Eh? mmm.
I'm not sure abaht the maw/woman atire of course, that's distinctly NOT British...more you're trans-European young lad wanting to be a star of the Folie Beugere and so on, but there you go.
As for offending Grandad Manuel? I'm sure there's a few hundred Barcelonians that are still celebrating the fatc that this offender to their native tongue #wrong sausage eating as it may be# has finally been tracked down an dgiven what for for desecratin' their country witha faux moustacheo'd twang, much the same as a few war time #mentioning no names or nations, but you know who they are# fella's have been in recent years.
Justice for the sausage, justice for Barcelona,
Justice for the right to say what you want in the free world and Wales,
Justice to Russell Brand.
Set the British hair free to blow in the wind like the Union Jack.
God bless 'em.

Comic??? The fact is he has no respect for other people's feelings. Some of the Americans think that he is someone dragged off the street and Homeless! says it all and makes one ashamed to be British. lock him up and throw away the key along with all the dudes who support him.

Hes a disgrace and is one of those people that should die in place of innocent children.
Seriously

I think the whole Sachsgate thing was blown out of all proportion anyway, so of course he should be forgiven!
It's ridiculous that it came to him resigning from the BBC.
A slap on the wrist was definitely in order, maybe suspension, but the witch-hunt? No! Come back, Russell!!!
