Did Duffy do a Finnigan?

There's been much flapping in certain sections of the press since Welsh warbler Duffy appeared to have a "Judy Finnigan moment" while on stage in Belfast on Tuesday night.

As you can see from our pic, it looked like the singer's dress had slipped down to reveal her sensible white bra.

But - hang on! - apparently, this wasn't an embarrassing slip-up. The frock is supposed to look like that.

And if you don't believe us, here's a picture of Simon Cowell's "special friend" Sinitta wearing a similar design...

I do think that Duffys dress has slipped down slightly (you might be supposed to see the top of her bra, but not so much of it) as you can see that it has. Sinittas dress looks more like its supposed to show the bra style top (which would look much better in black), but I'm not loving the slightly chav look- sorry!
