Mariah's terrifying outfit

Waaaah! I've been having terrible nightmares all week about giant fried eggs and dogs in fancy dress.

But now, dear readers, I'm absolutely quaking in my boots - thanks to these frankly terrifying pictures of Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon (sort of) dressed as New York firefighters.

The occasion? Mariah's Hallowe'en party at Marquee in Manhattan. Apparently, Ms Carey had several costumes in mind before settling on the sexy firefighter option - but was insistent she and Nick should have matching outfits.

So is Nick wearing a red satin bra and matching stockings beneath his jacket and trousers, too? Your guess is as good as mine...
