Leona in fur protest
Posted by Jane Murphy

She may be the least confrontational, most softly spoken superstar in the world - but Leona Lewis still insists on sticking to her principles.
The X Factor winner reportedly turned down a £1m offer to open this summer's Harrods sale because the swanky department store continues to sell fur.
Leona, who's been a staunch vegetarian since the age of 12, says: "I'm totally against animal cruelty. I don't have clothes, shoes or bags made from any animal products."
Good for you, Leona!

Oh my word. She is so not doing this for publicity. I think she is doing what is morally right and Mohammed Al Fayed shoudl take note and remove offending items from his shop
