Aisleyne: "Leave Amy alone!"

Remember how Big Brother "babe" Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace was recently spotted calling round at Amy Winehouse's pad?

Well, now Aisleyne has spoken out about their unlikely friendship via the hallowed pages of OK! magazine. The gist? Amy's just an ordinary girl, and we should all get off her back.

"She's just an amazing girl, a normal girl and we had a lot in common," says the oh-so-modest Aisleyne. "She didn't seem troubled at all. People say things about me all the time that aren't true. She's just an amazing, talented girl. I think people scrutinise her so much. Why can't we just appreciate her for what she is?"

Meanwhile, Amy's been back in the recording studio this week - and was pictured playing with a friend's baby during a break.

So is Amy just misunderstood? Should the press follow Aisleyne's advice and leave Ms Winehouse alone for a while? Tell us what you think.

Its not that Amy should be left alone, so much as she should be ignored completely. If she wants to ruin her life and destroy the great gift she has been given, let her do it and lets concentrate on those that need our attention instead of this drugged up booze hound!

Aisleyne's right, Amy just needs to be left alone for a while so she can sort herself out. I think she's amazing but the press sometimes exaggerate things and make her seems worse than she is. She just needs to go somewhere where she can get sorted properley.

I think Aisleyne's right. Most of Amy's troubles are caused by the fact the press and paps won't leave her alone. She's a singer, not a circus act.
