Lisa spills the beans

Lisa left the Big Brother house to a hero's welcome. Even Davina said it was the best reception any housemate had received so far this year. Well, that wouldn't be hard!

When the pair sat down to have a chat Lisa cleared up some of the most important issues of the show so far: She has seen an alien, she's also seen a ghost, she's eaten twenty hotdogs in one go and she's trained guinea pigs to walk to the fridge when hungry. Thankfully, we can all sleep well tonight.

Her eviction wouldn't have been complete without her being presented with her £25K cheque she won as part of the nomination twist.

Lisa's interview ended with an appearance from Mario who flung himself on the stage ready to snog the face of his future wife - he also had a good look at that cheque. Oohh, I can feel a magazine deal coming on!

The Universe has called time on Lisa's time in the Big Brother house. It was a close call but the body builder lost out to Sara and became the eleventh housemate to be evicted.

She seemed shocked when Davina read her name out - oh no sorry, that's how she always looks.

The mother-of-one has been fantastic to watch and remained calm and serene during her time in the house when all around her were losing the plot.

She, of course, was one half of the first ever couple to enter Big Brother. How can we ever forget Mario or their tonsil tennis?

We were convinced she would follow Mario quickly out the front door. But she stood her ground and helped entertain us for a few more weeks.

Her pining for her 'hunk of love' was paid off when he popped into the house last weekend to propose which she accepted. And with her winning £25K earlier this week as part of a nomination twist he must be rubbing his hands together with happiness.

Ever wondered why Rachel spends have her life running around the Big Brother garden? You would think it's because she loves sport and is in training for the 2012 Olympics – but you'd be wrong.

Having studied hundreds of photos of the housemates during the summer, it's come to my attention that there's more than one Big Scoffer in the house.

We all know that Mo has eaten his way through an entire food mountain over the past 13 weeks. We've watched in wonder at his ever increasing waistline, waiting for him to consume one too many burgers and explode live on national TV.

But Rachel's munching has somehow gone largely unnoticed, maybe because she stick to a diet of nuts and dust – but boy, can she eat!

And eat...

And eat...

And eat...

So there you go. If squeaky-clean Rachel didn't run around the garden she'd be as big as the BB house – or am I being a little bit mean?

Rex appeal

His ridiculous hairstyle has irritated me beyond belief since day one, he's a little cocky (ok, make that really cocky) and I could never understand how nicer-than-nice Kat appeared to love him. But I'm beginning to change my mind.

Rex has started to grow on me over the past week. Surprisingly enough, that's the length of time it's been since his whinge-bag girlfriend Nicole got booted out the house. So why the change of heart?

Well, he does put his foot in it with some of the things he says, but viewers and remaining housemates alike have come to realise that most of what he says is in jest and he is vaguely amusing – and lets face it, in a house of miserable moaners that’s a relief. But what I find endearing is that I really think he actually cares about the other housemates.

He apologises when he thinks he's done something wrong, he tries his hardest in ever task they housemates are given, and although he may have stepped on people's toes with his dominance in the kitchen, it's only because he's passionate about food and wants to make sure everyone has something good to eat.

But more than that, he's been consistent – you kind of know where you are with Rex. Unlike Darnell, he hasn't suddenly been injected with some kind of evil juice because he can't have his own way.

Now he's made it into the final week, I've decided I want Rex to win. I know it's controversial because he doesn't need the cash, but let's face it, Big Brother isn't about winning the prize money – it's about your potential earning once you've left the house. So why shouldn't Rex win? Tell us what you think

Official: Most hated housemate, ever

Ignoring Rex, Nicole left the Big Brother compound to screams of "Get. Her. Out.". Annoying, demanding, pointless, spoilt? Absolutely. But I was surprised to see real hate in the eyes of the baying mob around me. A bit harsh perhaps. A complete opposite to the reactions the beefcakes had received the past couple of weeks.

Davina described Nicole's relationship with Rex as "awful" and "painful to watch" but Nicole admitted to bickering just as much when they're down the King's Road, or wherever it is they quaff champagne with London's elite.

Nicole got pulled up over her treatment of Mikey and his disability and Davina suggested that this was the reason the public had turned on her. Possibly setting a world record, Nicole received a whopping 94% of the vote. That's the highest ever, making both Nasty Nick and Bully Alex a distant memory in history of Big Brother villains.

Missing Mario? We'll tune in Sunday as he makes a surprise visit to the house to pop the question to girlfriend Lisa.

More tantrums over alcohol. And this time it was Rex's girlfriend who went to war with Greedy Mo. The path of true love never did run smooth and a "frustrated" Darnell confessed to picking on poor Sarah this past week. Clearly, the Aussie temptress was the one Darnell wanted to usher out the house.

But you guys predicted it and you were right. Nicole, or to use her correct name: Rex's girlfriend was the 10th housemate to get the chop. Was she pretty? Yep, pretty annoying. And just like the Big Brother producers, we've been sitting here scratching our heads thinking about what on earth we're supposed to do for her 'best bits'...

Rex's girlfriend didn't do a lot. She moaned, she pouted, she got involved with Rex's arguments - usually with Mo. And sometimes Rex's girlfriend even instigated her own rows.

So we weren't able to scrape together any best bits, but here are Nicole's Moaning Moments

Mikey, you minger

So, after Bogeygate earlier this week, when we saw Mo eating a booger in exchange for a can of cheap cider, everyone has been going on about how disgusting he is. But having sat back to watch the highlights last night, it occurred to me that there is another minger in the house who appears to have slipped off the radar.

My dinner nearly came back to revisit after watching Mikey attempt to eat a plate of peanut butter on toast. Now, it's not difficult to eat toast, but instead of picking up the toast and biting it like everyone else, he thought it was a much better idea to lick the peanut butter off the toast - disgusting.

Now, I could forgive him if it was the first time he'd done something like this – but it's not. Every time he eats I feel slightly nauseated - food flies everywhere and he ends up covered in whatever he's been eating.

And before anyone says “he's blind” - what's not being able to see got to do with his appalling eating habits?

Strange as it may seem, I'm almost tempted to say I'd prefer to live with Big Mo the Bogey Eater.

BB's most hated?

So it's official - Nicole Cammack is the most hated housemate in the history of Big Brother - even more so than nasty Nick Bateman and Alex de Galle. But what baffles me is how they worked it out.

I've got a feeling it's all to do with betting, and the fact that the odds on Nicole going Friday night are now at 100/1 on. But then, when you look at the competition, and how her whining has got the better of even the most tolerant of BB viewers, it's no surprise that she's odds on favourite to get the boot.

What I can't believe is that people are comparing the 19-year-old to the abhorrence that is Alex. Yeah, she's moaned her way through the past few weeks and damaged her relationship with boyfriend Rex beyond repair – but apart from that, she's just a harmless teen who throws a tantrum when she doesn't get her own way.

Could BB be even Mo disgusting?

This year's Big Brother has officially reached a new low. Forget Nicole's whinging, forget Bex's earlier topless antics. Last night Mo ate Mikey's bogey for a can of cider. No, his life did not depend on it. No he didn't have to do it. He wanted to.

We don't really think of ourselves as particularly prudish or easily offended, but frankly, this is a step too far. How desperate is too desperate? How completely bereft of any self-awareness do you need to be even to contemplate such a step?

Oh, and don't tell me "it's just a bit of fun". No, this is a Club 18-30 rep's mentality elevated to the status of national entertainment - and frankly it isn't even entertaining.

Dear Big Brother (and Mo). Please use a tissue and then flush yourselves down the toilet. That's more or less where you now belong.

Should Nicole walk?

Big Brother treated the housemates to a night of drinking - but the partying soon turned to tears after Nicole broke down. Her boyfriend Rex whooped as he emerged from the Diary Room carrying a hamper of alcohol for his fellow contestants. But a tearful Nicole's eyes were still red, and she skulked off to the ashtray.

Kat followed her, and tried to console her as she began to weep again. She wailed: "I'm just Rex's girlfriend, no one wants to get to know me. I just feel left out all the time. There's no bond with anyone.
