Here’s a thing – Jonty is now fourth favourite to win. He’s an outsider, but that’s still pretty impressive for someone who’s been in the house for only two weeks.
Is this a genuine reflection on Jonty or indicative of a disillusionment with the old-timers? A bit of both, I guess.
Carole always had OCD/know-it-all tendencies, but now they’ve eclipsed the rest of her personality. Anyone with a thimbleful of insight knows that Tracey is basically a cardboard cut-out who has as much depth as birdbath. Ziggy has always come across as a bit calculating, and although being Chanelle-less is a definite improvement, he still takes everything waaaay too seriously. And Gerry isn’t so much getting on people’s nerves as ripping their neural networks out of their bodies with his bare hands and stamping on them. While wearing rugby boots.
Jonty, though, hasn’t sullied himself yet – and we’re not just talking about his lack of bedroom experience, arf. His big moment was being shown who’d nominated him, which he initially reacted to with a sort of compliant sadness before bursting into laughter.
“It’s not personal,” someone said, trying to comfort the upset trio. Wrong – it’s totally personal. Big Brother is personal. That’s the point. And if we’re getting personal, I’ll say this: which other housemate in BB history has successfully combined a lofty maturity and vulnerable stoicism with farting loudly, talking to cuddly toys and giggling like a maniac? No one, that’s who. If Jonty had been in from the start, you do wonder whether he might have had a chance of actually winning the thing.

i kind of feel sorry for the guy he looks lost he doesnt look like he has many friends on the outside world he does look a bit creepy

I don't like him. on the surface he appears harmless but I think he's a bit creepy- I wouldn't want to be on my own with him
