She's finally gone. There was a bust-up with Ziggy earlier, but apparently this time it was serious.
Watching the live feed earlier, we saw Sam with her ear pressed up to the Diary Room door, looking very scared. Weirdly, Chanelle seemed to have left a cushion on her bed with some photographs on top of it. Then Carole started talking about how Chanelle's comings and goings yesterday really upset people.
Carole then told the twins that Chanelle had spent half an hour in the Diary Room, adding, “She couldn’t live without Ziggy and she couldn’t live with him." She was being very matter-of-fact about it all, putting in a lot of good words for Ziggy.
Meanwhile, the twins were genuinely distraught. Ziggy was sitting in the garden with his head down and was thinking very hard. The atmosphere seemed very weird. And then E4 live feed programme ended. D'oh!
Anyway, here's Channel 4's statement, just in:
After spending Sunday trying to make up her mind, Chanelle has decided to leave the Big Brother house for good. Having previously considered quitting the show, Chanelle's latest break-up with Ziggy has prompted her to pack her suitcase for real this time.
On Sunday evening Chanelle had said she would sleep on her decision to leave but following a blazing argument with Ziggy on Monday lunchtime, Chanelle told Big Brother in the diary room that she would like to leave the Big Brother house.
Speaking to Big Brother, Chanelle said: "I'm grateful to have been here for nine weeks but I'm missing my family and friends. I can't live in the same house as Zac and he probably deserves to be here more than I do. I'm excited to be seeing my Mum but I also feel embarrassed as I've made a fool of myself. Thank you for having me. I really appreciate that you've let me on to the programme."
Chanelle also added jokingly: "Now I can meet Victoria Beckham and catch the Spice Girls tour before it finishes!"
Chanelle left via the diary room without saying goodbye to her fellow housemates, although she had already said goodbye to them on Sunday.
Shame. I thought she was a good housemate - fun, charming and only occasionally irritating. And I don't think she really embarrassed herself. Love makes fools of us all, as the Bard wrote.
she really was put under alot of pressure with then whole chiggy thing!!!
she was fine without charley and ziggy!!! she was coming out for her shell but then ziggy came in and charley started gettin jelouse so she began gettin all bitchy!
chanelle coulda won!
but now without chanelle, zig is cumin outta his shell nd he is alot more fun to watch!

i liked chanelle and ziggy was playin chanelle for a fool and also tried to annoy her somethimes so she would fight back. i dont see why carol was being so childish by said i dont want to talk to you chanelle and kept on just blanking her that was stupid. i didnt tink that chanelle and ziggy were gonna work anywayz

How Can Anybody Say They 'Hate Chanelle', Or Ziggy Is 'A Horrible Man', Whereas Far As We Are Concerned, We Only Watch Them On A Television Screen, And Dont Personally Know Them?! Mmmm. Wouldnt Anybody Be Stressed And Frustrated Being In A House With Billions Of Cameras Everyday?! I Think Chanelle Is A Really Pretty Girl, But Sometimes Her Spoilt Ways Really Annoy! Especially Her 'Nikki Tantrums'! As For Ziggy, He Seems Very Genuine, Especially The Way He Cared Bout Chanelle, But After All, There Was Nothing He Could Do To Stop Her Walking, That Was Her Decision

I am so distraught that Chiggy broke up! They were sooooooo in love!!!! THey gave me such inspiration! And when Chanelle left, I cried myself to sleep!
I had the worst nightmares that night...........But I am glad that CHanelle gets to see her mom and dad. She missed and loved them so much!!! I hope Chanelle gets all she wants in life.......She REALLY deserves it!! I really think that Chanelle and I could be best friends one day........

The house will be more interesting without Channelle. Ziggy may have started the relationship thinking that he could use it to his advantage but Channelle became needy and manipulative and she milked the ending for all it was worth. Their relationship was boring and it brought the house down.Here's hoping that it livens up now, but what a shame that Shanessa and the weird Jonty didn't get voted in.This has been the most boring BB yet.

maybe bigbro could offer her and the other walkers the chance to go back in after ziggy leaves? ...i can't wait for him to go ...he thinks way too much bout the public and lead her on big time!!
